Ghanaian YouTuber and internet personality Kwadwo Sheldon has sent a strong message to the National Communication Authority.
Speaking on the station of the nation, GTV, the disappointed personality lamented the increasing cost of data from the telecommunications industries to the ordinary Ghanaian.
To him, the data being given or provided is below standard despite being expensive.
He added that content creators are not getting value for their money these days. Hence, all the what people are seeking is a good condition of service.
Kwadwo Sheldon, who runs multiple shows on his YouTube channel, claims that network operators are unable to solve trivial problems with data even when phoned for assistance.
He continued;
“Every day engineers are working. You are basically giving us a subpar experience on connectivity. Just fix everything and make it internet accessible and affordable.”

Kwadwo Sheldon’s complaints come days after Tech in Twi on X complained to the National Communication Authority.
