Ghanaian model, influencer, singer, and entrepreneur Efia Odo has hit back at her critics, who tagged her as a caretaker of the Eats Avenue Restaurant.
Venting her frustrations online, she revealed legal documents to back her claims. She also urged concerned critics to double down on their baseless rumors by contacting the Ghana Register of Companies for further proof.
Efia once again dropped the names of the director as Kwabena Sarpong and Andrea Owusu and the secretary as Andrea Owusu.
The post read;
“My 40% ownership of Eats Avenue Restaurant is very factual & backed by law. I don’t necessarily need to be at the helm of affairs as a proud legal owner. If in doubt, kindly rebacked by lawfer to Reg. No. CS033890324 & TIN: C0063837021 on the Ghana Register of Companies records. Thank you.”
