Aseidu Nketiah, the National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, has crumpled any hopes of a presidential debate between Ghana’s major parties.
Speaking on UTV’s morning show, Adekye Nsroma, the animated character, revealed that the NDC had no plans of engaging with him due to his past political records.
According to him, the current vice president has made many promises, which he failed to fulfill. Hence, he sees no reason to call for a debate with the NDC’s presidential candidate, John Mahama.
He continued;
“We do not need to debate with such a person. people who are well-versed in politics will know all I am saying is true. Look, you do not need to debate with people who are m@d, act like f00ls, and are not truthful”.
That is me so if you have studied the kind of politics that I do in this country, you would know that Bawumia is the type of person I will never engage with due to these qualities”.

The Presidential race will only heat up now that the NDC has launched its campaign for the upcoming election.
