Vice President of Ghana and flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has sent strong words to his fierce opponent John Mahama.
The digitalization-driven politician on his tour of the Northern region of Ghana reiterated that former President John Mahama performed woefully in his time of office, hence his being voted out by the people.
He also added that the people were not impressed by his recent promises in his campaign tours because he was given all the opportunities to make the hardships of Ghanaians vanish.
His speech, which was directed at the people;
“The presidency is coming to the north; it will either be Dr. Bawumia or John Mahama. However, John Mahama has failed as president, and we will vote him out again in the 2024 elections”.

This year’s election will be keenly competed between the NDC and the NPP, Ghana’s top two political parties. Many expect newbies like Nana Bediako’s New Force Party and the all-formidable GUM party to give the top two parties.
