In a recent public hearing, a passionate young man latched out at the incumbent MP of the Ningo Prampram constituency, Sam George.
The man who identified as Stephen Tetteh Wonder from Ahwiam stood in front of the many indigenes of the land with a “bitter heart” due to the lack of developmental projects in the constituency. His heart was in pain because the people of Ningo Prampram voted for Sam George, but they have not been led in any aspect of socio-economic growth.
He continued;
“The people of Ningo Prampram can attest to the fact that nothing is working on the grounds. I see people saying otherwise and trying to confuse many with false claims however, when you get to reality on the ground
When you came here this, you saw the state of the roads, right? This is great, Ningo, and the roads do not befit us. After our public gathering, take your cameras to Ahwiam to see the real mess. People are driving in manholes
People have their lives on that road yet nothing has been done about that. For the past 8 years, this MP has been in power and they tell us we have a representative in parliament. I don’t see a representative for us. The youth wake up with no jobs and nowhere to go or fall on. I will end by saying we have no representative and we are voting for change”.
A Ningo-Prampram constituent claims that Sam George, the current MP, has underperformed as their representative.

Sam George who had the chance to explain this point to the man claimed that MPs were not responsible for developmental projects rather the DCE (District Chief Executives) was responsible for the poor infrastructural activities in the constituency.
